Who’s Buddie for?
buddie is built for the canva production studio’s video team: editors, colourists, and motion designers. you’ll need an invite code from andy to sign in.
What if my app isn’t on the list?
i have dedicated knowledge for the apps above. everywhere else i’ll still do my best with what’s on your screen.
Is the microphone always on?
with the hotkey, i listen while you hold it. turn on “hey buddie” and the mic stays open for the wake word. that option starts off.
Will Buddie move my cursor?
teaching uses a separate on-screen pointer. agent mode can click on your behalf if it’s enabled for you, and you’ve said go.
How do updates work?
i check once a day and download updates in the background. the update installs when you quit, or choose restart to update.
